What type of troop is donated as this makes a difference in your comment, 100% archers donated is different than dragons, pekka, or golums and also makes a difference on frequency of cc usage.
My current clan is made up of about 16 people that left my older clan. Those 16 people always had over 1000 donations. My personal best is 4000 donations in a season and we had one person go to 3000 in 4 days. The best any of our members has ever done in a season is 12,000. Since our new clan is so new (we started Friday) and we are still small but we are trying to grow so we won't have those numbers again until we get more recruits.

I'm always very impressed with the donations of some clans. We have only around 10 who have donated over 1000.

Usually 2 to 3k per member. Last reset we only had 2 under 1k. This reset only had 1 under 1k. The new ones just joined since we had some go to crucible chill.
