Maxing

What defences should i max first on th 8

I'd do splash defenses first. They will hold off farming armies.

Then after that I'd recommend your AD towers. They will fend off massive dragon or other airborne armies.

If you did AD - then Cannons as they are quicker/cheaper. However, if you don't have maxed AD then I'd recommend the Archer towers. As level 10 archer towers can put up a fight against air units.

Tesla last. Not because they are least important but that they take so bloody long. However, level 5 Teslas are a force to reckon with.

im agree with all that the other guy said except with the teslas. they take a long time to upgrade so taking them at last will make you wait a loooong time before going to th9 and you will be with maxed collectors all the time while your teslas are upgrading so i suggest to use 1 builder to upgrade your teslas everytime.
