Dark Barrack downgraded one level after the game update

Hi,

After I installed the update, one of my dark barracks in now level 6 (they were both level 7 before).
Anybody seen something like this before. It's 6 million elixir to upgrade it again, I hope there is another way to fix this?
Is this forum the only way of reporting this problem?
