[ONE and ONLY]Game not loading on SAMSUNG mobiles: S3, grand prime, S8+....

I'm also having this problem on my Samsung galaxy core prime where it gets just under 1/3 of the loading bar and States "connection lost" and the error message that follows and I've reset my phone and router and done eveything imaginable to get and fix this but I'm still getting this problem

Supercell,
I, as well as several others in my clan, have mutliple accounts. My other 2 accounts are on galaxy s3 devices with software up to date.
As with many others, I cannot pass the loading screen before the game crashes.
I have at least been capable of playing the update on my Iphone. But am missing out with my lower accounts.
Please help us with a resolution.
Ps. Force closures, delete and reinstalls and total shut offs are not working. Neither of my other devices have anything else installed on them besides clash of clans, so I do not see it being a memory issue.
Those devices are literally solely used for clash of clans. Not even any somgs or pictures on them.

Please share your in-game name + clan name so we can have a look at your account! This applies to everyone who's been facing this loading issue on Android.
Alternatively you can check the Settings of your phone > About > Model Number (might vary depending on your device!) and let us know what is the code of your device / phone identity (not "Samsung S3" but something like "SGH-I747M" etc so we can investigate these devices in particular).

I have samsung grand prime when i update the game the game is not loading it goes half and stop working i uninstall and reinstal form playstore but it goes on game was not loading i play clash of clans i have th 7 max but i am sad i cant playing
