I was having the same issue took 4 tries to log in but good luck if u get in im crashing out trying to fight.

I think the galaxy grand prime has this problem , I have it aswell and It doesn't work.
Even before the update it was really slow loading but now it doesn't load at all

Same here with the same problems. There seems to be a few threads with the same concerns... perhaps they can be merged into one thread? Or maybe the multiple threads will bring more attention to this problem? Who knows... whatever it takes to patch this bug sooner than later.Quote:

Same here!! I deleted some apps like facebook and messenger to free RAM but it's useless... I have another phone, S3 mini, on that phone the game rules but on Grand Prime it's block at look screen! Please help us!
Well... a quick maintenance update has come and gone. I had hoped that it would fix this problem, but no such luck on my end. Anyone else?

I also have a galaxy s3 and it worked just fine until the update. Now I cannot get past the loading screen either. Once it went to my village, which was completely frozen, and I could do nothing with it. I tried everything I can think of and it still won't work. I hope I can participate in the war tonight!
Samsung S3 with the same issue. Client crashes at the loading screen about halfway through. Tried all the troubleshooting tips including reinstalled the game twice. No luck. Supercell please patch soon.
