The versus battle is a wonderful idea and many players had suggested it as a potential replacement of the battle mechanics in order to avoid clouds in higher leagues. Also a lot of people had requested a night mode and a gem mine, and had proposed that a reasonable amount of upgrades should be completed before being allowed to upgrade to a new TH. But why should we have to start a new village from scratch to get these features?
I am a completely maxed out TH11, and I was looking forward to being able to use my powerful armies on something new. I was also looking forward to having some of the issues of the game resolved (like clouds and war matching). The impression I get is that developers decided to abandon CoC and just start developing CoC 2 or something.
Yeah, I'm not excited about that part of it. I'm still figuring everything out, so trying to reserve judgment. But, I hit it in under an hour for sure, probably around 30 minutes. Then it cost 170(?) gems to extend it. Like I said, reserving judgement. Initially don't think I like the way that's set up though.
Have you guys noticed that every time you attach once you hit your loot cap that the timer resets to 20 hours and 20 minutes.. so you can't even attack to push trophies without the timer resetting
edit: it seems it might have been a glitch in the system. I cannot recreate the problem again.
It's just because supercell knew the update will be disliked a lot!
How do we know hot to improve our base design without replys. Are there replays on the new village?
Wow this is really bad. I would actually be embarrassed to have hyped this so much.
