I cannot fathom how anyone thought this would go over well. This catastrophe could still be salvaged, but I'm not holding my breathe. The new game mode is rubbish, the stratagey is strategic spam. I just don't get it.....

Nobody in my clan gets it either. If you have advanced in the game over the years this update is a slap in the face.

I'm sorry but my clan is more active than ever. Obviously the loot cap is hated, but besides that everyone likes the update. Things need to be changed sure, but overall the only place i see such negativity is here on the forums...

1000 PAGES?

I see this going on to about 1000 pages -- people disappointed and complaining. Hard core players --

But you know what, I dont even have the energy. Supercell has drained me completely, and this was a total slap in the face, kick to the *** , and a loud snicker at the end.

So no, I do not see this thread going on to 1000 pages, mainly because long time players are just plain exhausted like I am now, and probably quiet.

The morning after and still no better once the shock has worn off.

I played the new builder base today took 23 minutes to get all my attacks complete spend my resources and play with the new troop I unlocked in the barracks. I really wanted to like this game mode has such potential.

As a side effect I noticed that I only made 1 attack in my 16 hour shield on my main village. I'm in Titan III Max 10 pushing 300 wins this season so was really active to say the least. I find my self logging in to the new village and wanting something to do remove a bush something.

Out clan is 1 war from clan level 10 so in 48 hours I've got to start making a new plan to progress. I wanted to stay a max 10 war with the clan and focus on the new update material. But now it looks like start the grind at 11 or the slow grind to inactive.

SC considers a quick patch to this update to get it off life support. It has lots of potential.

As a side note in the builder village I think there should be some type of clan interaction as I feel like I created a mini island and since I can't get or receive troops I'm less active in our chat.... COC feels like a solo game now; I know its a snap decision, but I can help to notice it.

LOL wait... So you make the point that it'll go to 1000 pages because of complaints, but then comment that you don't have the energy, although you're in the middle of posting and complaining. Then, you proceed to argue against yourself. Sir, that was extremely impressive. How many personalities do you have in there?

I agree. We've had a few members come back to the game that have been gone for awhile. Whether this is enough to keep them around idk. No, I didn't ask for a second base but this one doesn't seem like it will take a long time to max. It's a fun distraction for me anyways. Something to do while troops cook. They need to make it so you could play over there more. TH sniping kept people on the game. This second village could possibly do the same with a few tweaks

I wished i could be happy with the update..

Long time ago i became a "non-active" . i don't push, don't farm and once a month i join a war ( just to have a meaning for a max th11)

Starting the app after update i was excited.. seeing it gave me doubts and playing it made me dissapointed.

I played boombeach, CR and CoC.. first 2 i deleted pretty fast because of the moneygrabs. This second village in CoC is a mix of these.. and especially the moneygrab is the thing i dislike.

will i quit completely ? no, but i won't contribute in this new land..
i will attack.. just to unlock the features for my main village. i won't gem anything. after that i will only upgrade using my mines/pumps.
( ohh.. i only have one of both, that will take forever )

As for CoC original.. Clouds will be thicker, clans will rearrange ( coc or coc2 ) , overall activity will go down on coc original and a lot of people will stop due to being bored..

This is an update for streamers/youtubers.. continues battles with small trainingtimes. Offcourse they think the update is massive and mindblowing ( for them )...

I don't know what other people think but, all my clan mates loved this update!
My clan is now more active! But one guy didn't like the update, he said it was boring.But I told him to be a little patient and play a bit. And guess what? He loved it too!
