How do I use nets?

I finally found where my nets are but how do use use them? They are not click and drag from the tackle box.

Tap one of your lake area. You'll see choices of fishing lures. Tap to the 2nd page, you'll see your nets and lobster trap there. Drag one of it to your lake plot area.
