While it's somewhat of a weird rant, I agree. Being able to change my name for approximately 200~250 gems would be great, and increase spending in the game.
Plus, each time you upgrade your townhall or enough buildings, you can get another "free" name change, prompting people to build more / faster etc. in order to get these.
Just an idea. Lmk what forums thinks.
