TH8/LV69 & TH7/LV62 Looking for a new home

Hey clashers. I'm looking to make a move to a new clan. I have two accounts with the stats in the thread name. One is called "Bigben7" and the other is "House Tarley" and both are in the clan "Fish and Peas" in case you want to check me out. Bigben7 is a clan elder and has been for three months. While I've had a decent time with these folks, some key members have left and I'm sick of constant turnover with newbies requesting level 2 or better dragons while either not donating or giving lvl 3 archers and bombers. I'm ready to take it to the next level. I usually am on with one account 4-6 x per day and the other 2-4 x per day, so serious but not obsessed.

Here is what I'm looking for:

-An adult serious but fun clan that donates generously. I give lvl 5 or 6 archers and lvl 4 or 5 giants, and also like to give lvl 2 dragons (working on lvl three now).

-A stable clan. I realize some turnover is normal, but generally very few folks coming and going would be preferred. In return. I will stay a long time if I'm happy as well.

-A clan that is knowledgable and discusses farming. I have done ZERO farming to this point, but now that all upgrades are 1.5 million plus I'm seeing that my collectors and occasional raids are keeping my builders very bored. I guess farming is the solution to this.

-Finally, not 100% necessary, but a clan that is invite only or at least does interviews or checks out bases before letting people in would be great.

Basically, I'm sick of just limping along, I want to be part of a team that helps make each other better. If it sounds like I could be a good fit in your group give me a shout. Thanks.

We're an international bunch of chronologically gifted clannies who love to farm while doing the occasional trophy push. We try to be careful about who we accept (check bases etc) but of course it can be hard to tell age. Childish members and those who arent team players dont last long..

The only troop we dont put a level limit on when requesting is archers because we ask for th8 minimum. We have 3 or 4 clannies still with lvl4's but they are moving up quick (getting lots of farming/raiding tips) ;)

Hi Ben. Just a few comments before I wow you with my pitch. :)

It sounds like we might be just what you need. We mostly farm, with occasional clan trophy runs, and we encourage everyone to fully max their bases before they upgrade their town hall. One thing I would recommend right away is dropping trophies down to the 1300-1450 range. You'll find better loot that's easier to get in that range.

We have extremely low turnover, almost none that isn't related to dropping inactives and filling the open spots. And generosity is kind of a thing with us. :) So here's my pitch:
