This is a decent idea but it would have to have a huge cooldown and could lead to many glitches

This would easily be exploited by people with two accounts. They would just use all the builders on one account
It would be nice but it's part of what make the game challenging. I guess some things are the way they are to keep it challenging and not to mention how badly exploited this would be.

No just NO.first of all the builder is part of ur village and they will stay there forever unlike troops which will be gone sooner or later,so its basically like lending ur barracks to them
