Banned from Clash of clans!

Hello, i got blocked for 2 days now for unsportive language, i have screenshots that i wasnt but that one guy in clan was agressive to me! I even reported that guy, but i get blocked! Help!! Cant find email adress of supercell or whatever.

I would say contact out of game support like Tollboothwillie said but since it's only 2 days i'm afraid it wont do much. It will take some time before you get a response and since it's almost weekend i'm afraid you will get a response when your ban is over.

Thank you sir! I understand what you mean, but its kinda unfair when someone say sicknesses to you and your clan, that you get banned for it. Isnt it? Thanks for response atleast!

This is true, hence i would still contact support over the matter. If not to clear this up, it's to prevent any further potential bans adding up and ultimately leading to a permanent ban.

His banned will be automatically released after 2 days. If he claims his innocence before 2 days are over then his ban will be released earlier.

Depends on the length of the ban and the offense. If you can prove your innocence, you can get any ban lifted. But you have to have proof. If it's a permanent ban, there might not be much to get into the game again. Hope this helps.

Sorry to say, but when you get reported by someone and Supercell looks into this then they done a check upon your behaviour. If the check has been done, and they saw bad behaviour, just face those consequences and learn from it. When a person behaves bad to you, do not copy it and also start to curse and swear. When someone reports you and you done no harm, there's no reason for Supercell to take action.

But your account not banned permanent.
