Goole play sign in not happening?!!!

I am not able to connect my Village .!!!
Google play games doesn't connect to my saved village!
Why is it happening!
Been trying to connect since a long time. Pls help !!
If this isn't sorted out soon, the war will end and my clan may lose war because of me not attacking in war! :(

Try clearing your cache, restarting your device, and reloading the game.

Can you try logging in on another device (if you have one)?

Have asked my clanmates on message that is it happening for em, and I was surprised to hear that it happens sometimes to them too. They get disconnected from the village in case they clear the data of the app or they try switch the account. This wasn't the problem before.

Have u changed ur gmail password recently ???

Try using ur acc. On another device it will work . This happens sometimes with me. Just open ur acc. On another fon then use link device u will get the code clear data on ut own fon and put the code there. It will start working.
