Recruiting Clan Members (lenient/tolerant/friendly clan)

Hi guys.

I am a lvl 67 with a lvl 8 Town Hall.
I started my own clan with a few friends called Loin Girders.
My friends that are active on Clash of Clans are not as high of a level as I am.
The trophy limit for the clan is 0. Newbies are welcomed.
I am in the process of recruiting more of my friends from my school.
I will donate troops asked for, and so will my friends.
The requirements to stay in the clan are few and simple:
Stay an active player
Be friendly to other members
Donate as often as you can.
Grounds for kicking include
Breaking one or more of the 3 requirements.
That's it. It's quite simple.
