Vengeance is a new clan that wars consistently and members always donate. There are no crazy rules or stipulations to join, all we ask if that you donate at least half of the amount that you receive. We are a very family friendly clan that is mainly out to have fun, but we heavily enjoy to win wars. You won't be penalized for bad attacks in war, you would only be penalized for being in a war and not doing attacks.
