Rejoin cooldown for kicked out members

30 minutes cooldown for kick out is awesome, thanks. Our clan has been ruined twice during last 6 months, so i know what i'm talking about.

Please balance it with rejoin cooldown for kicked out members. At least a few hours before they can join back.

A few times a month we get an idiot who insults everyone and keeps rejoining. Our elders can't keep kicking him out now and our leader has to sleep sometimes. And now those jerks know that unless leader is online elders cant do much against them.

Invite only is not a solution for us because it significantly harms recruitment. Rejoin cooldown would solve the problem.

Ban/black list feature would also help, but i guess rejoin cooldown is easier to implement

Set your clan to invite only for about a day, the guy who keeps joining will get bored and stop.

Thanks for the idea, but clan leader has to sleep sometimes. He cant be online 24/7 to immidiately switch to invite only. So its not a solution

I personally think that the solution to most clan issues like this can be solved with more ranks like Co-Leader, Officer, Recruit, ect. and also giving them these features:
Leader: Can do everything below plus they can send 2 messages a day,can demote all members, can ban all members, basicly has control over everything
Co-Leaders- Max of 3 total, can mute players from chat, can demote elders,can promote officers, members and recruits can block clan castle requests from a certain member until they have enough donations,can change it to open/invite only/closed
Elders- No max, Can invite members, can kick members,can accept requests to join,can promote recruits to members
Officers-(Maybe could be called Trusted Member or Loyal Member)-Can invite people and accept requests)
Member-(basicly just a rank) Can invite people but they have to be approved by a higher rank
New Member-(also just a rank and has the same as above BUT its just a matter of time and they earn Member auto after being a new member for 2 days)
Recruit: Not officially a member yet and they get no perms whatsoever, they can only talk and CANNOT request

NEW: Representative: A rep is a coleader from another clan that can join a second clan as a representative with permission with the leader. the leader can also do this and basically they can switch between the clans chats but cannot donate in the other clan... This can be useful for feeders, and allianced clans
