Question: what army troops and/or spells are best way to take out Wizard Towers, Air Defenses and X-Bows? Especially higher level ones. My Archer Queen is lvl 37 and kicks butt but she gets taken out eventually when deployed alone. even the highest level lightening spell seems to do little against these defenses. What are your best strategies for taking out these defenses? Thanks.

And I rarely deploy my AQ alone. She's too squishy and not enough meat to last long against defenses. If I'm drilling into core of base around 1400-1700 range, I just use giants/barbs/archers. Let me clarify, I deploy AQ when I'm going after a whole base. I guess you'd say I'm a trophy hunter versus farmer but truth is I just like destroying bases entirely. So when I'm hitting a base with higher level WT, Air defenses and cross bows, what shud I reply first and what knocks out those defenses best and quickest?
Well LATELY, hogs. You can just spam hogs and they'll wipe out a good chunk of most bases (there are exceptions, of course).
If you're not a hog trainer like Mr. T, then I suggest a tank type of troop, golem, pekka, giant. Deploy archers or wizards behind the tanks and have some gobs/minions as clean up. You can also try the balloon/minion tactic coupled with a rage spell. Balloons will take out defensive buildings first.
I've tried baloons and mine are at highest level but the air defenses and WT always take them out pretty quick. Why? And hidden teslas
Don't go full balloons. Use a drag and a few minions. Plus you need to have a few rage spells. For your archer queen to don anything useful. Deploy giants/golems in front then they take damage and she is going to survive easily.
I wanna be able to take out a fully developed lvl 8 base with all defenses. What's the suggestion???
I've tried mass balloon raids (20+) and like you, mine get wiped out very fast. I don't get how they are supposed to be so effective. Personally I go for air defenses first using giants and archers. I may deploy the barb king if need be and 3 lightening to any well centralized air defense that may cause problems. Once they are down I send out dragons to tank and distract wizard towers, then send in my minions to help out. Regardless xbows are gonna cause problems especially if they are centralized and more then 1 are active. I'm sure the gowipe strategy is effective against these bases, but it is also a very expensive strategyQuote:

Brando-- exactly. I find those balloons to be a waste. I love that red headed chick that wields a heavy sword. Cracks me up. And love the hogs. But my AQ is kick ♥♥♥ (lvl 37), but I need to better develop some strategies as she can't do it all
