Technically you can't unless you can make a case to SuperCell that someone changed your name for you as a joke or that people keep making fun of you... those are the only cases I have seen a 3rd name change given

My older brother changed my name to something inappropriate. Hopefully I'll be able to change it back sometime
Why would you want to change your village name? Embrace your the title the CoC gods have blessed you with :)
Try fileing a case to supercell forums. In some rare cases you will be accepted
