Can improve speed of giant and ballon and modifications can be done quickly

Good thinking! I will try that!

Kinda want the same thing- increase giants & loons attack speed or modify the haste spell so it increases both movement and attack speed.

On a serious note: As others have mentioned, you can use Rage and Haste spells. Both are a good option; especially for Balloons. I use both when attacking with Loonion or Lavaloonion.

Making them move faster by default would most likely end up with them being overpowered quickly. (See what I did there! xD)

Sorry, I'm on SC's bad side. My rage spells don't increase attack speed.
