Strong Th 9 bases active adults for a new war clan

Hello guys I'm wanting to start a new clan that's good from the gettgo wanting solid th9 players no rushed bases to start a clan, I'm very active with a solid th9 base and good troops' good war skills I'm looking for at least ten others who are like me and wanting a enjoyable clan that all contribute and the main thing winning wars!
