Probably because users would expect the fishing book to be complete and my guess is that SC wants it to remain a surprise to what type of fish you are able to catch.

Greg is just ashamed he has not been working on his fishing. thats why we cant view his fishing area :D:D:D
when would he have time to fish???? I turn him away, and the next thing I know he's back asking for something else. I leave the game for a few hours, and there he is when I get back. I think that farm of his is a prop and he employs slave labor to keep it looking like it's a working farm.
Maybe he is illegaly transfering fish across the border. :P
He's clearly smuggling pearls and has drowned a few visitors which are still floating around his fishing area.
