Clan Merger ,United GCHQ & Titanium, Dark Rulers 1&2

Hi Guys, Girls ?
i want to propose a merger of these Clans ?
i have been in all or most of them & we have good people in all
i want to pull you all together into United GCHQ , plus a feeder Clan for those left ?
leader will be rotated between the Senior Elders , Me , TQS, Max , Jordan, Yontan , etc.
we will each take a turn , & each take a turn in the feeder, passing Leader as we go
members below level 40 in the feeder , nevermind gold / silver etc ,
that should give us , multi national Clan , UK,US, Aus & NZ , that means people online all the time ?
donations should then be quick & filled ,
You all know me ?
If someone is not pulling their weight , Zero or Poor Donations we warn them 2 days to reply & then Elder Vote ?
if someone is your mate , abstain , from the Vote
