Additional Barrack for TH9 and TH10

Guys, not sure if it is already in the sticky. If so sorry for that.

Right now most ppl dont wat to move to TH9 and TH10 due to loot penalty.
yes x-bows and inferno towers are available, but at a great cost.

Inorder to encourage people to move up, there should be an additional barrack available for TH9 and TH10.
Since most people train longer training troops at these levels, waiting for 25-45 mins is too long to go for battle.

Due to loot penalty, TH9/TH10 have to do more battles to get same loot when compared to TH8/TH7.

An additional barrack is a real motivation, and would be really helpful. What do you think guys ?

So you want th9/10 to get extra barracks AND extra camp space? That would be unfair on lower bases that have to defend against them. Th9/10 just need to use dark barracks more.

Thats not unfair. The logic here is that, TH9 / TH10 need to do more battles to get loots equivalent to a TH8. So having an extra Barrack does not make it unfair for lower bases. Either way all bases may get raided weather there is one barrack or 10.

i agree this could help players going for trophies but then it means everyone would get good troops in no time. So this would be quite a game changer... This has to be think through and tested. Only SC can tell us if this is working or not. I can't tell.

I agree this could be a real game changer. with one additional barracks, the time taken is not so highly significant. Instead of 25 min. troops can be done in 18-19 mins imo.
Time put to good use, other than staring at your own base for 20 mins.

I think form Supercell's perspective, you're meant to use dark barracks. If you only use tier 1 troops then it's your responsibility to vary your playstyle.

With more power the only way to balances that is limiting your training time.... Higher level troops should yield more time to train, and yet they are all the same in this game, how do we balances that? Price and limit output.... Or would you rather have dragons training time to 50 mins at lv 4?

Although we already have the option to pay 25 gems at a barrack to get a 45 min - 4x boost, some of us feel that it is not worth paying.


However, a second alternative might prove more viable:
Each time you win an attack, you should get the option to pay 1 gem in order to receive a 10% boost in training time. The boosts could stack up to 400% (same as the direct barrack boost), meaning that a user would spend 40 gems in order to get to that boost speed.
Here is the trick - if your base is attacked and you lose, you lose your boost and have to start all over. (You do not lose the boost if you attack and do not win, only if your based is defeated).


In essence, the modifications encourages people to spend a few gems quite often, to stay logged on more often (so that you are not attacked and defeated), and furthermore, presents an interesting dilemma for farmers that place their Town Hall outside (if TH is destroyed, you lose, and you lose your boost).

I think this is a really good idea, it will defo help players that have prematurely upgraded their town hall. I think the warnings of town hall upgrading should stop players from upgrading early, this idea would help the gamers who have fallen in to the trap before the warnings. It would reduce the cooking time of the army, encouraging gamers to trophy hunt with tier 3 troops.
