All surviving troops should be able to fight again. Dying after a victorious battle doesn't make sense. They currently pop like bubbles, we should get the elixir back or at least some if they can't be used again.

If they would come back/get refunded, every one would train the best possible army. Every attack on you would be with Pekka's and dragons (lots of them). Also everyone would go all-in every single battle. This way the game would be totally out of balance.

I don't think it will change much. I still get attacked by a lot of dragons and pekkas. Sometimes I win and sometimes I lose. Keep in mind that having all high tier troops will mean less numbers which results in more defensive units targeting fewer troops. The weak bases will only have a problem if they get too many trophies while being low level ( ex. Picking off the town halls of farmers) then they will get in over their heads. Mainly because they'll be in territory of leveled up high tier troops
I know if this was possible all I would ever attack with is maxed troops like golems. I love the idea but worry for weaker villages. Also less money for SC so doubt they will change this. (Can't say I blame them on this one)
I just hope that i Can see much time there is left when someone are upgrading something, so i Can see how much time there are left

Everyone would train up 11 dragons dump them all on any base, lose a dragon or two, wait 3o minutes for them to come back, repeat. This would completley throw the game off balance.
