Hey there forumers. Im just a normal clasher looking for new army types to play with!
I am interested in those army compositons which consists of the Barbs, Archers , Goblins , Giants and Wall breakers
Only those few troops :) You can choose to include all or some!
You can also leave the pros and cons of the troops used!

Ok I'll be the first to bite. I'm not really sure if your serious, but it seems kinda strange that you are a th9 and don't know how the basic troops work.
Yes, I'm indeed serious. It's not that I don't know how the basic troops work. I'm just looking for different playstyles!
I've done 32Barbs 4 Wb 100 Archers 20 Gobs and 12 Giants. Effective but I didn't really enjoy using them.
My standard at th9 now is 12 giants, 12 wb, 48 archers, 48 gobs, 40 barbs. Works well for gold and DE farming.
I use essentially that as well, except only 8 giants and 20 extra archers. Works well 1600-1800 range breaking into storage vaults, keep rage on hand.Quote:

Works out to a little over 20 min I think, I rarely use all the WB though, generally have 4-6 leftover, but the 12 are nice to have for some tougher bases.Quote:

I Fill 2 racks with archers/ 2 with goblins and maybe 0-30 minion
I just go for collector raids, Like 1k per each troop deployed
I'm a farming th 8, and I use 60 barbs, 2 giants, 4 wb, 20 goblins and the rest archers. Cheap but effective.
I am still at TH8 but I have all level 5 tier 1 and 2 troops and my healers pekka and dragons are level 3 with level 4 minions. I still farm with mainly cheap troops. My suggestion is to pick an attack formation and stick with it. everybody's attack style is different and so somebody else's fail-proof army might not be yours. although i bow to the experts out there who have taught me a lot (bows to iron throne family). But the best way to get familiar with troop movement is to use the same formation over and over and watch your replays carefully. Then after several attacks you can tweak accordingly. Once you find your formation, you will be good at identifying the types of bases that you can successfully raid. in the end, i think you should take advice from somebody really good and then practice and adjust until you have something that works for you. i use 50 barbs, 10 wbs, and the rest all archers. all level 5. my cc is a smorgasboard. but i almost never lose because i pass up a lot of bases until i find the right one for me. Hope that helps.
