Hi All!
Once we expand our land and fishing areas as much as we can, does anyone know if is it safe to trade or sell any land expansion materials that we have? I have a lot of markers & mallets and a few deeds but I want to hold on to them if we may need them later on for any more expanding?!

I would wait til after the update that is coming as soon as Apple approves it. Not sure if you will need them for things in the update or not, but if you have the room then might as well hang onto them for now.

I was wondering about this to! Ever since I finished expanding my land and fishing areas I've been selling off my LEMs...guess I'll hold on to them until after the update.
I was going to ask this question. I sold off my lem after clearing the trees and rocks and got caught out on the fishing expansion. On this basis i have been hanging on to what i have left for a surprise need for them. Cannot think what might come next but hanging on and only selling a few when i need space.🐻🌞🇪🇸
I sell all mine, don't need them atm, and if any are required after the update, it will give me another target... lol.

Thanks everyone! I did the update this morning & there are no land expansions. There's a new soup kitchen, a net maker & a lobster pool. So you need coins, not materials.
I think I'll just hang on to them. I'm a material hoarder anyways!
PS... I thought the reference to Barbarian, the lawyer, was someone's name on this forum... lol.

They said that the lobster pool is upgradeable but they don't specify how! I'm so frustrated by this. I hope it's by using silo items so their value are 'elevated' a bit! Or better yet, using nothing at all!
