He scrolls seem to be very hard to come by, I messaged the mods in the game and they said that the scrolls were random like everything else. However I suggested either allowing us to use diamonds to get them to open the land and also that we should be able to buy and sell them in our roadside stands. The more posts they see on this topic the better.

Finally! I just did a land expansion on the non-permit area. Next red box exploded with a permit!
I got 2 from the derbbbbbby. Of course, took about 20 diamonds to reshuffle to get them. None anywhere else. I also noticed that the red tool boxes aren't as free as they used to be since I went on my diamond spending splurge to try to get more permits :rolleyes:

Today 12 June 2017 I got 2 permits in my derby prizes woo hoo -- so I am going to open a decor spot.
Last time I opened a decor spot: 15 May 2017

With the majority of permits coming through the Derby, it just underscores the need (in my view) for small NHs to be able to get to all horseshoes. My permits are usually in one or the other of the 4th and 7th horseshoes, but today I got lucky and there were permits in both slots.
Today I finally got my first permit!! Started playing again 2 weeks ago and hadn't had any, until it came up in a derby prize this morning!
I got my typical 2 from Derby. They were a little more stingy with the reshuffling this week to get them. Before, I could get 2 with only shuffling once. Took 3 shuffles to get both.
I just passed the half-way mark at 30/59. Two from free red boxes and two from the derby this week.
i got 1 from derby rewards (without reshuffling) today, one from a red box yesterday, and one from WOF either yesterday or the day before.
