It's that event again! (2x Coin Truck Orders!!!)

Time to stretch your barn walls to the max. Test the capacity of your silo. Keep production machines running at full steam. Managing crop quantities. Raiding the daily dirt like you are on an episode of Super Market Sweep.

I'm aiming to gain about 3 levels over the next 3 days doing truck orders.

What are your strategies if you love the 2x coin truck events? Personally, I throw away orders that require too much of one resource. Prior to the event, I try to stock my barn with at least 15 of every item... which doesn't last long :rolleyes:
I can usually run for a solid few hours with no interruptions. Then things start to slow down.

Haha… good strategy, Spartan… I do pretty much the same thing.

Sorry but it doesn't excite me. Now if it were double XP.......

That's why I asked for strategies if you love them because I know there are always those that dislike them. I've spent close to 300K coins the past 2 weeks upgrading my barn and silo. So, still chasing coins myself (while gaining XP).

Issue with the 2x XP events is that you are typically operating at a loss if you have to buy stuff from the newspaper to complete orders. 2x events basically mean you get close to max value for product while still gaining XP which is why I am a fan of them.

Since I have no need of coins, I skip the double coin events. I keep stocking up waiting for a double XP, or feed my townies.

when these events coincide with derby, it's a double edged sword for me. i had my barn maxed with good stock of everything in preparation for both, and whereas i'd love to be running trucks constantly, i have to wait for the truck tasks to pop up. they are my favorite, so it's what i'd like to be doing regardless, however since i prefer the 320 full point tasks, sometimes i'm waiting for a few hours for one to pop up, even trashing constantly.

i like the truck tasks because it also informs my production. rather than having my machines make whatever random product i feel i need more of, the tasks i can't fill let me know exactly what i should be making. for that reason, i particularly love getting one right before bed or first thing in the morning when i have to start production in a number of machines.

all that said, i'm hoping to get a few truck tasks in short order, finish derby, then run balance at full speed for the balance of the event. i really need the coin (i'm level 81 and affording the smattering of new machines around this level has proven difficult for me, in part for my preference for truck tasks lol).

Normal play. Barn stocked with 300 popcorn, milk, bacon, oodles of everything. Mainly to fill crates.
If idouble XP, I'd be Rollin'. I had three orders ea over 6200 XP I was holding.
Double coins is good for newbies tho.

I have plenty of coins. Would be more excited if it was a double xp event. But you go Spartan! :)

I am somewhat interested in this event, I will take orders if it offers a high profit ratio - I am selective with any tasks with coins paying 3x more than XP.

Usually I only do trucks for derby tasks or Jewellery.
