Keep getting Banned from Global for no reason, Supercell staff PLEASE READ this!!!!!!

that would require SC to hire more people than there is in the entire company right now, just to check peoples reports on global... this game has millions of players, having a staff member look into every report would be just about impossible, be a little realistic here...

Fair enough if they be complete idiots on global, but just trying to recruit or saying hi or having a friendly conversation and getting banned shouldn't be happening, if your being a friendly person and nice in general then it shouldn't take just a couple of jealous kids to ban a high level player. That's the problem and im arguing that this reporting system should be fixed ASAP, its completely broken and is one of the biggest, if not the biggest issue on clash of clans in this point of time.

I can almost guarantee that supercell have the technology to make a bot that does this and it would solve almost all the global chat related problems and make global chat a lot more enjoyable IMO. I don't see why they couldn't add a system to the game that does this, I myself am not a computer expert but I know modern day technology can do this but supercell may have a reason they cant do this, but unless I'm told or informed of a reason why I don't see why they couldn't add a possible system like and/or similar to this.

How about removing the Report button? It's not needed now we have a mute one.

Cant believe I didn't think of this, thought of the most complicated thing but not this, this would definetly fix everything if they just got rid of it and left the mute button.

Well, I am a level 38 crystal who goes in global to recruit new members for my clan. all I say is 'recruiting 1100+' and on occasion i keep being told that I suck (how do i suck for being crystal?) and recently, I said 'muted' to a user who was being rude in the global chat and all of a sudden i am muted from the global chat. The report feature is easily used to just annoy others and get them muted. All those innocent people who get muted from global just for saying things like 'Hi' 'Recruiting' 'I need a clan' or 'Sorry, you cant join because you don't have enough trophies'. It has to stop. The mute button is all we need, not some easily exploitable report function.

Moved to ideas as it's not really a bug.

Thanks for your feedback, global isn't perfect, it's never going to happen that we have people moderating it for obvious reasons, a bot would create lots of support issues as unless i'm mistaken artificial intelligence isn't THAT good yet - particularly in dozens of different languages. Personally I would like to see the report button removed however it is useful for support staff if they are investigating an abuse complaint to see how many times someone has been reported in the past can help them understand his/her past behaviour.

Do they really use that number? That seems like faulty logic in itself. Every single person who went to norsk would lose an abuse complaint. People get reported for absolutely nothing, misclicks, and some person who thinks its funny to report everyone in his global.
