Keep getting Banned from Global for no reason, Supercell staff PLEASE READ this!!!!!!

OK so my clan sometimes goes quiet so I talk to people on global during those time periods. A few days ago I simply said "Hello everyone" any I got banned for 24 hours. After my ban had finished I said to a guy "sorry your too low level to join our clan" in a polite manner (im in Crystal league so a lot of new players try to join my clan) and next minute it says I was banned. The reporting system is horrible and gangs of people can ban anybody they want, which must have happened to me five times at least for doing absolutely nothing rude or disrespectful. I believe a good system would be for either a mod or admin to monitor global chat and temporarily ban disrespectful players as a supercell mod is not biased, unlike players on global chat who report you if they simply don't like you or you don't let them join your clan. I have had several of my friends also complaining about this. Another system would be for Clash of clans to ask for a players age when making a new account and making several different global chats for different age groups (eg. Under 13 Chat, 13-18 Chat, 18+) etc. so the players are more suited to each other and have similar interests so people don't get reported as often for absolutely no reason (eg. a 9 year old kid once got me banned because I wouldn't let him join my clan) I found that most people that do this are of young age, therefor if all people in a global were of a similar age less conflict would occur. Also another idea would be to restrict the number of a people on each global chat server to 7-8 for each different global chat. That way everyone would have to report you for you to be banned and not just a few of tens of kids that you don't let join their clan. I seriously hope you guys read this and give me your feedback on my situation. Thank you very much

This is a real issue. Bans need to be instigated by more than a couple of kids hitting report.

A couple of our highest lvl players (both lvl 100+ masters) get banned almost every time they get on global. These guys are some of the friendliest people ive met in the game and i know wouldnt say anything offensive or rude on global but they get banned so often its not funny.

These guys spend alot of time (and money) to get to these high lvls to help make our clan stronger by recruiting and then we get punished by jealous or spiteful people in global. Its gotten so bad that some of them wont even go on global anymore.

SC needs to look at the banning system as its currently flawed.

and dont get me started on the sensor, i cant even have a decent converstaion with someone without the sensor blocking something and then it looks like ive sworn at them.....global is a bit of a joke really:confused:

and slayer, congrats on getting to crystal 2 with a th7. That is an achievement. well done!!!

I completely agree, almost all players with a high amount of trophies get almost instantly banned. It does seem like a bit of a joke and the sensor blocks almost everything, its ridiculous. I cant even say "hi" without the sensor blurring something. In my opinion this is one of the biggest problems in the game and needs to be addressed as quick as possible.

We currently have 5 players banned on global, one is a 15 year old girl whos nice as pie.

I think this issue has been raised a thousand times already and SC have done nothing about it. Falling on deaf ears i think.

I agree they totally need to make the reporting system a whole lot better, they need to look into the reports not just ban them because a bunch if people simply reported them for no reason.

there is also the master/champ players who goes to global just to troll till they get banned, i know them and they are nice guys, friendly people, but they just want some fun and of cause they get banned a lot :D

Yeah but our guys are getting on specifically to recruit. If your trying to recruit you dont rock the boat and be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Some of them are getting banned after just saying hi.....:confused:

That's the whole problem right there, if a few people report you they don't even need to have a reason, you still get banned, they need a bot or admin to monitor global chat to check if people are reporting for no reason.
