i think their should be a building called like "the bank" or something where you can donate your gold/elixer to people within your clan. but their is like a percentage of what u donate that gets taken away as a fee for donating. like 25% of what is donated gets taken. so if you donate 20,000 gold to bob he will only receive 15,000 because of the 25% donating fee. or maybe a 50% donating fee. and maybe it should take a certain amount of time for the person to receive said donation. like the more you donate the more time it takes. so if i donate 10,000 it will take 10 minutes for the receiver to get it 20,000 20 minutes 30,000 30 minutes and so on.
