Using Dark Elixer to "DARKIFY" you're troops
So heres an idea, and tell me what you guys think about it. The ability to "Darkify" you're regular Elixer troops, once they reach their max level. There would be an option with the regular barracks to use Dark Elixer, combined with the regular elixir to slightly increase your troops stats, and give each one a special ability. Here are some of the ideas I had with this.
Barbarian: ability to slowly regain health over time
Archers: Increased range
Goblins: ability to steal a small percentage more resources than what is posted as the "Available loot"
Giants: If a giant(s) is within range of a defensive building, that defense will only attack the giant(s) before attacking other troops
WallBreaker: ability to destroy two sets of walls before being destroyed in the explosion. (this is negated if killed beforehand)
Balloon: drops a wall breaker or skeleton every 5 seconds
Wizard: ability to teleport a single troop past walls every 10 seconds (only used if the troop is attacking a wall, cannot teleport itself or other wizards)
Healer: Enrages units instead of healing them, similar to a Rage Spell but not as potent
Dragon: only takes half damage from inferno towers.
PEKKA: increased movement speed when being attacked by Hidden Tesla, and increased damage to heroes.
Let me know what you guys think, this is honestly a very abstract idea and if you guys have better ideas for the special ability of a troop let me know.
