Increased Mine/Elixer production

I think it would be an excellent idea if level 11 collectors and mines produced 3300 gold/elixer per hour. If not this, a new level for the collectors and mines.

Pros:

1. More access to resources. Especially for the higher town halls, it gets harder to get resources for the obscenely expensive upgrades. 300 more resources an hour can especially help.

2. Extra help for premature town halls. Some people who accidentally rushed their town hall deserve a boost. With their major loot penalty, they can barely farm enough gold and elixer for cheap upgrades. With another level collector, they can have a small boost to help them out.

3. Less complaints on the forum about not enough loot. Faster producing mines and collectors would make it easier to find loot. Everyone always complains about how there isnt enough loot, but with a new level, mines will have more resources in them, which means more loot to steal.


Cons:

1. There is already a boost with gems that can bring more resources into the game.

These only work when people use gems, and not many people use gems to boost their collectors. This only makes a very minor difference


Suggestions:

1. Add a collector and mine level 12.

• Produces 3300 an hour
• Capacity of 180k
• Instead of a major change in appearance, the mine could have a bigger bin that holds the gold
• The elixer pump could have a bigger pipe at the top

2. Increase the production at different levels

• Instead of adding a new level, increase the production for all the levels
• Overall production would be great for every level

3. An achievement for leveling up your collectors

• Maybe a gem reward would convince players to upgrade their mines and collectors
• These rewards can be very small, but people can do this just for the achievement.
• Example:

Mine Master
Get a mine to level 3 10xp 5 gems
Get a mine to level 7 100xp 10 gems
Get a mine to level 11 1000xp 15 gems


Collector Creator
Get a collector to level 3 10xp 5 gems
Get a collector to level 7 100xp 10 gems
Get a collector to level 11 1000xp 15 gems

Would be nice to have an achievement for getting high level mines and collectors, preferably one that gave out a large amount of gems, to get more people to upgrade them and get more loot in the game

Well laid out, clear thread.

That said, there are quite a few people asking to collectors and mines level 12. This one seems much more in depth, may i suggest you add a poll? I don't see what else there is to discuss in terms of info, you covered a lot. Ty :))

How do you add a poll to a thread thats already been created?

Beside copy pasting it into a new thread and closing the old one i'm not too sure but i think you can.

Should i copy and paste with a poll? Then try to get Supercell to close this one.

I don't think anyone would be against this. It's just a matter of Supercell seeing it as a beneficial move for the game and their pockets. They may be holding out until TH11, to further incentivize as much gemming as possible if/when it's released.

This has already been discussed(sorry), so they may be avoiding it. I believe(don't quote me on it though)that dahimi already suggested something similar. The reward would have to be fairly small(totaling no more than 50 gems for each type of collector), but this is an idea met with great popularity by the players.
