Can you be raided while building troops if your not currently playing?

I've been looking all over the Internet and i can't find this out. if you are making troops and it takes well say 1 hour and you log off, can you still not be raided while your troops are training for that hour? Just from playing i have noticed that i usually get raid minutes after my troops are finished training but i would like to know for sure.

As long as you log off and don't have a shield, you can be attacked. :rolleyes:

Yes you can get raided anytime you're offline and unshielded. If you're getting raided shortly after troops finish training it is just a coincindence.
