Absolutely NO! A turret freezing troops! Alright, you might want an overpowered turret in your base, so you won't lose any raid, but have you ever thought YOU raiding other? You wouldn't even able to touch a storage!
And furthermore, 15 seconds? Are you serious? If this turret would be impremented it should be 2 seconds, but nevermind, this turrent won't be added anyways.
Reading your idea which says that it would be implemented on th8, you are th8, probably premature who loses many defenses. No, once again, if this would be implemented it would be for th10, but nevermind, this turrent won't be implemented anyways. And the graphics would be terrible too. As this is a "Ice" or "snow" tower I bet you are thinking of something light blue or white, right? This colour doesn't fit any theme, plus, if you ever noticed Wizards cloaks are the same as the troops cloaks itself. I don't think cloaks will be white.
And again, only 1.5 mil? This turret would be ten times more useful than an X-bow or inferno tower...if this would be implemented, once again, it would be 8 mil, but nevermind, this turret won't be added anyways.
