It does look suspicious, also is that even possible for a th9? I think I see the archers are lv6.
I'm calling ♥♥ on this. The 1 on the elixer count is a different size. After seeing that so obvious when zooming in completely, I stopped looking as everything else may be compromized as well.
The opponent seems to be a th 7 and as you have a dragon you must be atleast th 6 so I would call this photoshop.
