Fix scroll bar during attacking

I think the scroll bar needs to be fixed when attacking. I have army comps where I have to scroll to get from troops to spells and sometimes three stars are literally split second decisions on troop/spell drops. Is there a way to make a double bar to make everything you have viewable? Or even when you use all of one troop, the empty troop space fades. ANYTHING to remove scrolling because it really affects certain attacks

Please do a little research before posting, this was suggested plenty of times before.

Also, if double bar added - there would be no space left for smaller screens. If they fade away, people would just missclick all the time.
