Community Central Is Looking For A Few Good Farmers

Hello potential new member (of adult age)! Community Central (tag #8J9GPVJJ) is looking to fill some openings (level 60 or higher) with ACTIVE PLAYERS WHO CHAT. Those who were scolded in school for talking too much are strongly desired here. Current members’ levels range from 65 to 140. If you enjoy farming, chatting, helping others, and perhaps participating in the derby, then please consider our neighborhood. A good sense of humor should be as bountiful as a field of wheat. This is an ENGLISH SPEAKING hood.

What we we wish to avoid are the casual periodic players, silent squatters, takers, users and abusers. This hood is for adults only. We are a friendly, helpful neighborhood but not one to be taken advantage of. If you try, we will let loose our ferocious hens to peck at your feet to make you run away.

Again, we need to infuse our hood with peeps who enjoy shooting the breeze. Not that we have anything against a good breeze...

Several of us enjoy the derby and currently require at least 9 tasks/315 points each be completed for regular derbies (requirements change with special derbies). We are NOT a die-hard derby hood, so we do not always place in the top three spots. Derby participation is NOT required, but the opt-out feature will need to be used if that is the case. The penalties for not meeting the derby requirement are:

1. Fail to meet the requirement first time = player is opted out of the next derby
2. Fail again within 2 months = player suffers 3 derby penalty
3. Fail again within 2 months = player is banished from derby forever

We help one another with the tasks and keep the board clear of low-point tasks. WE DO NOT DELAY THE START OF THE DERBY. Everyone is made an Elder to manage the task board. We also trash ALL strawberry, cornucopia basket, wool, and goats milk tasks (regardless of points) as they take too long to complete and most players dislike these tasks. No exceptions unless special derby requires them.

Chat is important in communicating to the members of your farming needs, and in just being social. We really are seeking chatty players and like hearing about different places, family life, pets, etc. Say hello, thank you, and shoot the breeze. We also chat about non-farming topics, too - movies, foods, travels...whatever may cross your mind. Nothing political or religious, please. Would like to avoid a pitchfork being tossed!

If playing the derby is not your cup of milk, that's ok. We will help you level and expect you to help us in return. It is always nice hearing from peeps, so please say hello when on. Silent, inactive or selfish players will not last long. Active, helpful players are desired even more than using Tom for free. Hard to believe? Come see!

hi....why i have been kicked from NH?

Szero, you were kicked from the neighborhood because you kept opting back into the derby after I opted you out for failing to meet the minimum 7/310. This happened a few times today, not just once. Same thing happened with Nayara.

You must understand and agree that when you do not meet the minimum 7 tasks, 310 points per, the “penalty” is not being in the next derby. It is just for one derby and no exceptions are made.

We have some players who will spend diamonds on a 10th task if we are close to placing in the top three. And we have players who never spend diamonds. Whether anyone uses diamonds is a personal choice, and I fully support that.

Hi oh plz dont get me wrong I don't mind doing a tenth task n probably will every week but I'm talking about tasks do they use diamonds to hurry up things cooking to get task done quicker? That's what I'm trying to find out! Thanks for replying though x

I know peeps have used diamonds to speed up some tasks...some are not fond of waiting for boats and want them to arrive faster. But as a norm using diamonds to speed up cooking, I would say no. We do strongly encourage stacking machines in advance of the derby and getting the town side visitors serviced and ready to go.
