Trophy pushing

Won't be able to help you a lot as I pushed with 8. What I can tell you is that I've encountered many th7 pushers while I was in champs and titans( I've raided some and got raided by some). So first of all, yes it's very much possible so keep your hopes high.
Secondly, all of those th7's use almost the same army composition - 9drags, rest minions and archers, max loons in cc.
For attack strategy, you could subscribe to savage seven's YouTube channel( 'zaizoe's clashing"...I think). They have many uploads of their attacks.
