They may be "skilled", but they do not necessarily win wars. If your clan can do 3 TH10 triples and my clan can only do 1, I can still win because my TH11 still have attacks. I can even win if your clan does 3 TH11 triples, but my clan can only do 2, if you fail to 2 star all my other bases.

There is only one win condition in war, that is to get more stars than your opponent. Everything else does not win you the war, but they can help. This is what separate good gamers from moderate players, knowing your win condition and fully understanding this concept:

It matters to some. The point of wars is to have fun. The point of this game is to have fun. Some like engineering to win wars. Some don't find that fun. Some would rather have a good winning percentage without engineering than a great winning percentage with it. Some are the opposite. There is no right or wrong here in a make believe game that we do for nothing other than entertainment. Having fun is the point of the game.

FYI, you get arguments from others for stating opinions as facts and for speaking down to anyone doing it differently than you. It often covers up some very strong useful information you do have buried within condescending posts.

I personally have nothing against engineers, and it would be silly if I did considering I have several engineered accounts myself. However, I do not like the faults of the matchmaker which cause it to not properly account for the useful offensive and defensive power of those in the war. I think it is bad for the game long term.

#24 Can you tell me, how many replays exactly you were able to see? It seems that you got in only one time, and stayed for 5 mins before being kicked out. I wonder how you could gain an adequate understanding of our wars and our skills within that 5 mins period. OK, you may have seen our N1 failing on one base, but can you really determine that it is really representative of our attacking skill of all our players? FYI, we rarely need attacks from our top 5 bases, since we generally achieved the perfect score without their help. Maybe our N1 was just practicing, or that his wife was getting on his case and he had to rush his attack  One thing I can tell you: while most of our members have just slightly above average skill, our N1 is definitely elite, and I would take his attacks over any CWL players out there. One day, maybe, we will showcase his attacks.

-you said we are matched to max TH8. You also said, our N1 failed on N3. Yet later #26, said that our N1 failed on a good inferno-less TH10, therefore enemy’s top 2 were quite heavy as well, certainly more that max TH8…

As for every posters in this thread: Thank you for spreading so much misinformation. We were a bit worried about copy cats, but considering all the contradictory information spread out in this thread, we can sleep a lot better at night now. It will make a lot harder to distinguish facts from fallacies about our clan and our match ups. Our win streak will not be threatened any time soon :)
