24 barbarians min. Lvl 4
24 archers min lvl 4
15 giants min. Lvl 5
10 goblins min lvl 4
05 wall breakers min. Lvl any
14 wizards min. Lvl 5
And clan castle with wiz all and.haste or loons and haste
2 healing spell lvl 4 and 1 rage lvl 3
1 barb. King lvl 4 or more

DEPLOYMENT OF TROOPS

1. Deploy all giants from there is splash damage defenses like mortars and wiz towers.
2. Deploy 3 wall breakers behind giants.
3. Deploy barb. King there and 10 wizards.
4. Put healing spell on giants.
5. Deploy all barbs and archer and goblins there they must go inside put rage spell on all troops.when they are together.
6. Deploy loons of CC and then put haste on them when all are together.
7 . Again put healing spell on all troops.

I use a very similar startegy, Mine uses 184k Elixir

180k+ elixir to train that army composition and I'm not even sure if it will work without luring defensive cc units.
Yes, it's cheaper than gowipe,govalk, goho or drag but it's surely not a very good attack strategy. At best, this could take out a th7 or a new th8 that too if there are no defensive cc units.

16 giants
8 wizzies + 6 more in CC, but anything else works
8 wallbreakers
50 goblins
22 archers

2 heals
1 rage
1 poison
Optional: 1 skellie in cc

A th8 version of a th9-11 army, only you use wallbreakers and rage instead of jump/quake, and pray. But when it's done right you can core a max th8 and sometimes weak th9s for 250k lixer and 2 stars, and that's not counting loot bonus
