It was a pain the behind, but I did it!
When I 1st pasted the code it came out like this
%5BIMG%5Dhttp://i65.tinypic.com/29vzeqr.jpg%5B/IMG%5D
so I had to delete a few things from the front of the code and some from the back and then enter it in the correct way.
I'm not expanding there yet either, but my reasons are different. Given I'm lower level than most here I'm still focusing on unlocking and buying the machines - I don't have surplus coins to go on a decoration frenzy so just don't require the extra land right now.
Because I just know if I unlock it, I'll want to fence it and decorate it just putting me in a bigger coin hole.
I would love to see pictures of farms with the undeveloped land. It sounds like a very interesting idea. I've opened up all my land already. I wanted to create a huge forest and hide all the livestock pens, all the smelters, and the gift shop in the forest. But I also love the trees that change colors so I tried to leave as many of them as possible. I will wish I had left more when the season changes. If we ever have another land expansion, maybe in a few years, I will have to try leaving some of the land undeveloped. I agree that it would be great to be able to buy the mossy stone walls and trees that change colors. I wonder if this will be offered in the future.
If anybody is looking for a new neighborhood, our wonderful, friendly hood is looking for a few new players.

i used to be real crazy to unlock all the land, im just tired of it now. i would love to have the new decor that comes with the land but the permit is just impossible to obtain though!
Ok, here's a test, thanks for the advice...
This is my salad bar, with it's own lettuce field, and my sushi bar with it's own rice field... you can also see the juicer and smoothie maker in their own nook, and my sewing ares... I'm still figuring out how to get my pasta maker and pasta kitchen in their own nook... sorry for all the stuff around the machines, but I'm a big fan of stacking...
