Imagine there was never an indication from SC that there would be an update, massive or otherwise. This thread would never have existed and those who are upset, anxious, impatient or angry would be doing something else. Like playing the game.
When the update is finally released this thread will immediately dry up like a sponge left in the hot summer sun on a concrete sidewalk. Then there will be an enormous thread about the update with people who will be upset, anxious, impatient or angry. Let the games begin.

Perhaps, but people were complaining a lot about wanting an update and asking why it was taking so long. SC responded that this update is massive, as an explanation for why we are going longer than normal between updates.
