As for people reading the stickies, ToS, etc, you are wrong when you state "Nobody ever reads that stuff". As you were the one stating that as a fact I assumed that you were speaking from your personal experience, not lying, so it would apply to you too. Looks like that was my failing, I should have accounted for you saying things that you know to be untrue.

As for acting tough, pfffft.
