Probably is, if you check the global boat leaderboard there are a number of players level 400+.

Even at level 126 it seems that a single level takes forever. I don't even think of it any more until I am surprised by a threshold reward or the big splash screen when you level up.
Also wondering about the 20 diamonds in the pic. Threshold reward I'm guessing. I'm delighted when I get 5 from a threshold reward!
Laugh! The coins belong to the person taking the screen shot. Not the person whose farm you are viewing. ;)
