TH 12 (New Element: Blue Crystal) (+ transformation) PREVIEW

First of all, this is just a preview.. im working on something bigger, including this preview as a part of it... i need some opinions and comments about it (bad or good, all welcome).. Thank you..

1) New Resource: Blue Crystal Collector (3x3)
*Helps you to get blue crystals.
*By destroying, It can be stolen by enemy.
*Production Rate: 1 per hours

Note 1: The reason why its hard to collect? Because it gives incredible Power/skills to your troop.
Note 2: You can't always find crystal for transformation so use them wisely.

2) New Building: Crystal Energy Pool (4x4)
Design : A pool that full of blue crystal and bursting some blue energy.
Description: Once you put any of your troops into the pool,
It transforms your troops by using the energy of blue crystal to something new.
*Transformation is instantly.
*The pool is storage for blue crystal.
*Crystals in the pool can not be stolen by enemy attacks.

Barbarian	1	receive %50 less damage	blue crystal stripes on helmet
Archer	1	more damage	blue hair + blue crystal bow
Giant	2	receive %50 less damage	a thick blue stripe on back
Wizard	3	slows the defense attack	blue fire on its hand
Balloon	5	more damage	blue smoke around it like burning
Dragon	20	slows the defense attack	twin head dragon; flame-frost
Healer	10	more heals	blue crystal wings
Pekka	24	receive %20 less damage	blue crystal horns,swords
Dark Elixir Troops
Minion	2	more damage	blue crystal wings + horns
Hog rider	8	more damage + runs faster	blue crystal hammer + blue hog
Valkyrie	10	more damage	blue crystal axe
Golem	25	receive %20 less damage	blue crystals over golem
Witcher	10	skeletons more tough	skeletons with blue crystal helmets
Bowler	10	more damage	blue crystals over the rock

Tip: You can keep the blue crystals in the pool safely. Then transform your troops to use in Important Wars.

Note: Because of the production rate of Crystal Collector, you can not transform your troops always so use wisely.
For example; in 2 days, you can save 48 crystals, then you can transform only 2 pekka to use in WAR.

Im still thinking about the costs for transformation. Need opinions too. By this update, Wars can be more fun and more surprising. The main goal about this update is "you can't transform for every clan war coz lack of crystal"

Put a lot of thoughts into this, however, it probably best to focus on the current Town Hall levels and come up with new troops rather than modify the existing ones with a new type of resource.

I like this idea, as you said this will be a lovely addition for th 12 but I don't know if supercell is quite done with th 11 yet, but keep that idea alive you might just be on to something here.
Edit: how long will the effect of the crystals last? Will it be permanent for the entire battle or just for certain duration?

It would be great if new troops get added , rather than modifying the present troops with extra features and extra apparels.It would be just like adding new themes ,and skins over one another. Hectic and no guarantee for success .

It will be permanent for the entire battle... Coz lack of crystal, you are unable to transform for every clan war so you should save enough amount of crystals for 5-6 days then you can make a great army.. This feature can add some excitement / surprises to clan wars...

If it will permanent for the entire battle then maybe the stats should be reduced a tad bit in order to avoid it being overpowered.

I think that'll make the game very unbalanced if that happens. That'll be like giving a the GW to th 9 lol.

By that crystal amount, you still cant make too powerful troops.. (or maybe i should increase the point of required crystals number to transform)... Those are fixable problems..
For example:
if transforming golem = 60 crystals, 2 transformed golem after waiting for 5 days wont be overpowered on war but ofcourse will effect ur attack positively... Besides u have 2 attacks on wars; but coz lack of crystals, you cant have transformed troops on both attacks..

The important point here is the idea.. i wanted to share whats in my mind so i can get ur opinions to make it suitable for the game, make it better...

organised warring clans will get more strict with this rule: "no crystals no war if th10 above" . An elite war clan will need to get a war rotation policy, only th10s up with enough crystals will join the war while those who dont have enough are preparing for the next war.
heres my suggestions:
-boosted troops cannot be donated, to make it fair for those who dont have a collector accnt.
-boost cost is equal to the housing space.
-boosting limit: you can only boost up to x capacity worth of troops, depends on the crystal storage level. 50 is enough as max
-since you are suggesting an offensive boost why not add a defensive boost? like boosting cannons for extra damage, to balance the offense vs defense using crystals
-because you may want to boost troops and you also want to boost defense ( to defend against boosted troop) increase production rate to 1 crystal per 30 min
-or remove crystal production entirely, make it as a reward for daily bonus or something, so collector accts will still need the effort to gain crystals.

Defense boost:
-costs varies per tower
-boost limit: 4 towers. eagle counts as 4(so u can only boost the eagle), inferno is worth 3, xbow is worth 2, everything else counts 1.
-boosts are permanent to war, and 2 hrs to normal
-boost list:
--cannons and archers (costs 25)- dmg up
--teslas (cost 15) - bigger trigger radius
--eagle (45) - slightly lower activation requirement
--inferno (35)- extra hp
--xbow (25) -extra 1 range
--bomb tower(20)- extra booommm
--wiz(35) - destroying the tower slows nearby troop for 2 secs
--mortar(25) - faster attack

Offense boost:
--barbs and archers - more dmg
-- goblins- more hp
--giants - more hp
-- wallbreaker - adds a death dmg
--wiz - +1 range
-- balloon- more death dmg
--healer - heal bomb:heals nearby troops for a small hp when killed
--drag- burning effect: additional dmg over time per attack
--pekka- reflects 10% dmg back to the attacker
--minion- more dmg
-- hog- more hp
-- valk - 3 second delayed death!! enough for 1 more swing before dying
--witch - faster skelly production
--lava - extra 2 pups
--bowler -more dmg only to 2nd strike
--golem- small hp regen per sec

ninjalvl999... i like ur idea about offense boost... but defense boost? it may not work well... When "my th12 update idea" is ready to post, i will use those boosting ideas too.. thank you

We're not going to see any "boosts" for offense or defense, because Clash of Clans is NOT Boom Beach and isn't NEW.

Firstly, fix the way you talk.. Secondly, Having a transformed troop once in 6-8 days, (1 attack) isnt BOOOOOOOOM... It just increases the chance of destroying enemy base.. Not guarantee, increase...
