The Cyclops uses fireballs to do heavy damage to towers. These big fireballs split up into separate smaller balls that can destroy other towers!

The smaller fireballs move faster than the first. The Cyclops is a slow attacker.

Damage has been increased.

the overall concept is not too bad, but the idea of a troop that can hurt your own units as well seems like a pretty steep drawback. I wouldn't want a Cyclops in the back killing off my own troops accidentally.

Luckily, the Cyclops won't be able to nearly harm any of your stronger troops with high hit points, like the Golem or P.E.K.K.A. It will, however, destroy Archers. But, it can only destroy one per attack, which can take a while, since the Cyclops is not a fast attacker. This is a small set-back to the Cyclops, but I think you really need it or else everybody will be completely destroying villages with a team filled with Cyclops.

Edit: The Cyclops cannot hurt air troops, such as the Dragon.

Probably is too OP if it only kills one of your troops. Not much risk of using something as beastly as this if it only accidentally bumps off one archer.

My main problem is that the unit mechanics would be a significant logic change and likely very challenging to program.

This would be easier to implement if the unit's fireballs just had splash damage that affected everything in that radius.

That way, if a cyclops were to be launching fireballs, you'd have to strategically place troops who will steer clear of his blast radius. That at least reduces some of the OP and makes it a more interesting unit while still complying with current CoC programming.

I love this idea! Give it splash damage to the radius it impacts and it will be perfect!

I like the idea. If we have troops that do splash dmg to troops, Why not troops that do splash to buildings.
The only thing I didn't like is that it has friendly fire.(meaning,it can hurt allies as well)

The Cyclops can no longer attack its teammates.

This idea is becoming pretty popular. Let's keep trying to make it better and hopefully it can appear in the game!
