The Switch Spell and the Last Resort Spell
Some spells i just thought of off the top of my head:
Switch Spell(I'd like a better name but I can't think of any right now):
Cost: 50,000 coins
Range: 3 unit radius
Production Time: 30 minutes
What it does is it switches the DPS stats and the remaining HP stats. For example, if a level 1 Giant(11 DPS, I believe) with 100 HP remaining was affected by the Switch spell, it would have 100 DPS and 11 HP.
This will most likely turn them into high damage-low health soldiers.
If the idea is good, then I'll figure out the upgrade cost.
EDIT: THE LAST RESORT SPELL IDEA HAS BEEN DROPPED DUE TO PROBLEMS CAUSED BY X-BOWS.
All right, here's a new spell off the top of my head.
Delay Spell:
Cost: 50,000 coins
Range: 5 unit radius
Production Time: 30 minutes
This spell will affect all defenses within the circle. When an archer tower attacks, for example, the speed of the arrow will be divided by 10 for 15 seconds. This will give the troops time to get away. This will not slow down the archers in any way, just the arrow itself. When the spell is over, the arrows will move back to normal speed. If you touch a slowed arrow, you will still take damage. However, the damage will be cut by half because a slow arrow will do nowhere near as much damage as a fast arrow. Damage from X-Bows, archer towers, and cannons will be reduced by half, the rest will stay the same because their attacks are not determined by the speed of the projectile.
It's a bit hard to explain, feel free to ask questions.
Again, if it's any good, I'll think of upgrade cost.
