1 building ... several workers

I think we should have the possibility to use several workers to improve a building or a champion in order to minimize the time of improvement
Sometimes we end up with 4 workers who do nothing because of the lack of gold or elixir so why not use them all to improve a single building?

(Because even in your suggestion you'll still have, idle builder. It's just theyll be flat out for a day or two and then back to nothing.)
