French bistro...oooh, la, la!
Okay, I just did a feed-the-animals task and I'm overloaded with eggs which I would prefer not to dump in the newspaper. (I already did a wheat task and unloaded hundreds of bushels at 1 coin/10, but that's another story--straw hats!)
I was trying to think of something to use up major amounts of eggs and came up with soufflés. So...
How about a French bistro as the next installment of international cuisine on the farm? We've got the pasta kitchen, the sushi bar, and the taco kitchen.
Soufflés, omelettes, crepes and meringues could all use eggs. Soufflés and meringues could use a large number. It's not like the DD would be totally depleted.
It would be especially a propos if this were introduced with the much-requested mushroom log (and truffle-hunting pig!)
